Since joining the staff in 2015, Good Shepherd has provided me the space and freedom to serve in a variety of ways – working with the youth, preaching, serving our community, and launching A Turning Point. These experiences have stretched and deepened my faith and reminded me of God’s providence and provision. Outside of work, I enjoys time with my grandchildren, walks, and sunshine.

I believe God loves us completely and offers each of us a life beyond what we could imagine, no matter where we are on our journey or what our past might involve. I have the privilege to work with the Good Shepherd staff and leaders to create a place where everyone belongs. I hope you decide to connect with us so we can walk with you wherever you are in your faith journey. When I’m not at Good Shepherd, I’m hanging out with my wife, Rikki, and my two kids, Ellio and Esther. I love to be outside on any adventure, hopefully hiking or riding my bike.

Hey! I am Karson Davis and I am the gsKids Director for our Gladstone Campus! I grew up attending Good Shepherd and feel so passionate and blessed to be apart of our ministry here. I graduated from WKU (go tops!), love the color yellow, and exploring anywhere downtown KC. I can't wait to create a safe and positive space for your kids!
